Co-founder of ICS, leads and develops the company vision. Ronen owns an extensive international experience of more then 12 years in web and multimedia production companies. Ronen held senior positions in leading companies such as SoftKey International, CNS, NRT and Edunetics Co.

Ronen took key parts in the production of well known products that won international awards. Ronen won a Certificate of Accomplishment in recognition of outstanding professional and civic achievements from the International Who's' Who Historical Society.

Doron Braslavsky
Co-CEO
Co-founder of ICS, leads the development of the company's methodology. Doron is an organizational industrial social psychologist and a group facilitator, and owns an extensive experience in consulting, organizational development and small group guidance. Doron Consulted to major hi-tech and industrial companies such as Cellcom, Microswiss, Efrat and others in marketing, sales, service and management.

Doron's work brought ICS to impressive achievements and success in both high quality solutions and outstanding client service.
